For your 2018 Hyundai Tucson I recommend using the Curt # C13240 because Curt hitches have a little thicker powder coating on them, so they'll stand up to nicks and scratches better; this helps prolong the life of the hitch and help prevent corrosion. Those are the wires for the brake magnets. You will need to connect the black wire to the brake controller output wire on your trailer connector and you are correct the white wire will need to be grounded to a clean metal surface on the trailer. I've attached a wiring diagram for the 7-Way Molded Trailer Wire Connector # H20044, however there is no guide available to tell us the wire color functions on the trailer so you'll have to test each wire in order to determine its function. We do have a complete kit to convert your triple 7K axle trailer to an EOH setup! I recommend using the HydraStar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator # HSE7K-TR1 which come with the EOH actuator, disc brake hub/rotors, and the brake line parts needed for all 3 axles. To change from hydraulic brakes to electric you need to swap out the brake assemblies, add trailer wiring for the brakes, add an electric breakaway kit, and then make sure your tow vehicle has a brake controller installed.
